
Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillets – 4 ozs each
Marinade:
Juice of ½ a lime
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed
½ inch root ginger, crushed
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Method:
Combine all the marinade ingredients
Marinate the salmons in the marinade for 1 hour
Wrap each fillet in foil paper
Place on bottom tier of the ‘Happy Home’ steamer
Steam for 25 mins
Serve with
Eastern potatoes
10 ozs new potatoes
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper
Method:
Cut potatoes into ¼ in dice
Toss in all the other ingredients combined
Place on liner in the upper tier of ‘Happy Home’ steamer
Steam for 30 mins
