Salmon and Broccoli Pockets


Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillets

2 Lemons, juiced

1 Lemon, quartered

¼ cup Soy Sauce

1 tbsp. Sesame Oil

1 ½ cup Broccoli Florets

4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

1 Bunch of Ciboulette

Black Sesame Seeds


Directions

1. Combine the juice of the lemons, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.


2. Cut a square of foil (around 10 x 10 inches) and fill with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 salmon fillet, 1 tbsp. of the sauce, ½ cup Broccoli Floret and close the pocket.


3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, place the Happy Home Story steamer over the pot and arrange the pockets in the grids. Cook them for around 30 minutes.


4. Open them up and serve with quartered lemons, ciboulette, black sesame seeds and more sauce.
